In-Home Caregiver / CNA

Easton, Maryland | Part-Time | Flexible Scheduling.

Pay Rates:

Caregivers (Non-CNA): $16.00/hour.
CNAs: $16.50/hour.
CNAs working with eligible State clients: $17.50/hour.

About the Job:

Comfort Keepers of Easton, MD is looking for compassionate, dependable, and experienced Caregivers and CNAs to join our growing team!

As an In-Home Caregiver, you will work one-on-one with seniors and individuals who need additional support to remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. This is a great opportunity for caregivers who enjoy building relationships with their clients and making a difference in their daily lives.

We are currently hiring for part-time positions in Easton and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities:

Depending on the client's individual care plan, responsibilities may include:

Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
Providing companionship and emotional support.
Meal planning and preparation.
Assisting with feeding when needed.
Light housekeeping, including laundry, dishes, and general tidying.
Accompanying clients to appointments, errands, and social activities.
Providing mobility and transfer assistance.
Helping maintain a safe and comfortable home environment.

Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years old.
At least one year of caregiving or related experience preferred.
CNA or GNA certification is a plus.
Valid driver's license.
Reliable transportation.
Current proof of auto insurance.
Ability to pass a criminal background check.
Dependable and reliable attendance.
Strong communication skills.
Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor.
Ability to safely perform the physical duties required for the position.
