In-Home Caregiver / CNA

Easton, Maryland | Part-Time | Flexible Scheduling.

Pay Rates:
  • Caregivers (Non-CNA): $16.00/hour.
  • CNAs: $16.50/hour.
  • CNAs working with eligible State clients: $17.50/hour.

About the Job:

Comfort Keepers of Easton, MD is looking for compassionate, dependable, and experienced Caregivers and CNAs to join our growing team!
As an In-Home Caregiver, you will work one-on-one with seniors and individuals who need additional support to remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. This is a great opportunity for caregivers who enjoy building relationships with their clients and making a difference in their daily lives.
We are currently hiring for part-time positions in Easton and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities:

Depending on the client's individual care plan, responsibilities may include:
  • Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
  • Providing companionship and emotional support.
  • Meal planning and preparation.
  • Assisting with feeding when needed.
  • Light housekeeping, including laundry, dishes, and general tidying.
  • Accompanying clients to appointments, errands, and social activities.
  • Providing mobility and transfer assistance.
  • Helping maintain a safe and comfortable home environment.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • At least one year of caregiving or related experience preferred.
  • CNA or GNA certification is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Current proof of auto insurance.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check.
  • Dependable and reliable attendance.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to safely perform the physical duties required for the position.
