Job Summary:
Comfort Keepers - Easton, MD is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to provide personalized in-home care services to our clients. As a Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in helping elderly and disabled individuals maintain their independence and quality of life. This is a part-time, hourly position in the healthcare/medical industry, located in Easton, Maryland and surrounding cities. This is an individual contributor role, where you will work one-on-one with clients in their homes.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for clients.
Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding.
Accompany clients to appointments and social events as needed.
Complete light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and dishes.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of one year of experience in caregiving or a related field.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Ability to pass a criminal background check
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of automobile insurance.
Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients of all ages and backgrounds.
Must be physically and emotionally fit to perform job duties, including lifting up to 25 pounds and bending, twisting, and kneeling.
