Comfort Keepers is seeking compassionate, dependable Caregivers to join our growing team in Ocean City, Maryland. We currently have 3–4 immediate openings to provide one-on-one, in-home care for a client who requires daily support. Available Shifts:
- 6:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
- 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM.
What You'll Do:
As a Comfort Keepers Caregiver, you'll help seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes by providing compassionate, personalized care.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene.
- Providing companionship and meaningful conversation.
- Preparing meals and assisting with light housekeeping.
- Offering medication reminders.
- Assisting with mobility and transfers as needed.
- Monitoring client safety and overall well-being.
- Accompanying clients to appointments or errands when appropriate.
- Maintaining accurate documentation of care provided.
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Current CNA is preferred, but not required.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Proof of current auto insurance.
- Ability to successfully pass a background check.
- Previous caregiving experience required.
- Current CPR certification required.
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude.
